Aho Girl's native airing resolution was 720p on TOKYO MX, is this an upscale or am I missing something here with BS11?

Yeah it's HV1280, but who cares? There's people that want 1080p regardless of the native resolution... I don't really care that much, rules state that 1920x1080 is accepted for TV sources so might as well.
