This Blu-ray was mastered so it could be played with any of the 6 different voice dramas inserted. Since I doubt anyone wants to watch it 6 times just to watch all the voice dramas, I didn't try to do anything fancy and replicate that with ordered chapters. I just picked one of the two that have filmed actors to use with the concert (the others are written dialogue over black screen or stills) and assembled the others separately.
Only the voice recitals are subbed. The two talk portions are unsubbed and the intros seem to be basically just saying, "No smoking; turn off your cell phones; obey staff."
