@wafflesama is as bit-starved as you want, plus crank up the display brightness to view all the artifacts in their full glory.

This is a part of a test that I'm doing with AV1, also I have some episodes at higher bitrates that looks much better, I'm thinking of doing and publish some single episode OVA (max 30') with multiple bitrates for comparison.

PD. I forgot to mark it as re-encode like the others for it to be in red.

If you hit the edit pen in the top left of the torrent page, you can find the option to make it red.
