Released one chapter a month from April 1992 to March 2018, almost all of it one single game of Mahjong. Took so long to finish that it had two direct prequels made while it was still ongoing and BOTH of those prequels finished before it did. Not just one of the longest and slowest paced manga, it's one of the longest and slowest paced works of fiction. And I still love it. What a legendary story!
