Gyao looks pretty bad. Currently the best sources I own are U-NEXT rips and the Kids Station TV rips. Some genius encoder could probably attempt to combine the two sources to make a good release.
season 2 is currently airing on gyao. They are going release a single episode weekly which will be free for 1 week and can be downloaded with youtube-dl. I think their 720p looks the best. I personally don't have the bandwidth to download them but anyone else interested can grab them. Episode 1 was release today.
