most people use deblock=1:0:0 or lower since high quality sources like BDs won't have any blocking in the first place
Sure but 0:0 is just the default deblocking strength and does not disable deblocking.

PromareDayOne’s subs are fine, people likes to complain but so far nobody has made better subtitles, besides all the subs here are just modified versions of those ones. If you visit the reddit link you can tell him what are the problems so he can improved them, the most recent update is the version 1.4

@nyaarunner That's because subbing takes time, especially if you want to do a good job of it. Give it another week or two and good subs will probably be out.
having deblocking enabled isn't nearly as bad as using aq-mode 1 and default psy-rd
