The timing is not that interesting, I downloaded the Patjantess torrent and found that the quality is not that great and decided to upload this encode as it was missing on Nyaa. The Patjantess version have interlacing artifacts due to improper interlaced to progressive conversion, very possibly the DVD is hard telecined to 30fps instead of being encoded at 24 and with the telecine flag and Patjantess didn't deinterlaced it and simply encoded it at 30fps.

I can't get any of the subtitles to play at all. Am i missing something?

Keepers 21 is the one I'm having problems with. I'm just gonna re-download it and see if its just a fluke. VLC on my MAC shows they're there but doesn't play them. I even used Handbrake to try to hardcode them into the video and there was nothing again. Re-downloaded same issue. No subs. Must be a mac issue. I'll just watch the english dub. Otherwise it's a great encode thanks.
@EddieGee, try to use the Japanese subs, they are actually the full subs in English. Some encoders do this but luckily is mainly only a thing of the past, it's and old way to differentiate full and signs subs.
