[HorribleSubs] Shokugeki no Soma S5 - 13 [720p].mkv

While I do appreciate the releases i'd like to ask who's doing the subs, Someone at HorribleSubs or another person/company? Why is some of the extra lines "Clipped" out (for example when they show the name of the dish, where you can only see 1/2 the text)? (This isn't the first episode/release to exhibit this behavior)

With my VERY limited knowledge of Aegisub I was able to pull the subs from the video and play around fixing a couple things but it took quite a bit of time due to my lack of knowledge in working the program, by not doing the clips in the first place it would have saved time of me removing them and time on their end needlessly inserting them. personally not worth extracting and fixing, i was just curious why they were cut off and IF i could fix them., which apparently with a bit of work i could...
