yeah getting corruption on v09, looks like incomplete file
I can confirm the file is corrupt as well. On CDisplayEX it can run it but after pg 101 the pg can't display it fully and also stops there as well. Should have 161 pgs. Attempting a repair of the archive won't fix it. Here's the fix with the missing pages too:
