I apparently forgot to mux in the fonts for Niizk's subtitles. Sorry about that. Here's a DDL (Mirror) for Niizk's original subs/attachments as well as RH's edited version.
The Japanese Blu-ray with a whopping average bitrate of 36.9 Mbps.
Comparisons with various encodes
As you can see from the comparisons, even the best encodes have some blockiness in the dark areas and other detail loss. If you don't care about file size and just want the best possible quality, then this is the best it'll get for this movie, at least for the foreseeable future.

Holy shit-this is one weird movie! I have an old hkdvd of it that I watched probably 10 years ago and rewatching this was deja vu.
