The subs and audio are the same as my other release (subs are slightly retimed), only the video is different.

Ilse's Notebook uses Kawaiika-Raws' DVD rip, while No Regrets uses SOFCJ's original TV rip (which has scrolling hardsubs in multiple scenes). Chose not to use the TV source for Ilse's Notebook because it has tons of hardsubs in the OP/ED and signs.
