Video - nZk. I'm not 100% sure it's from a TV source, but the fact it's not split in two indicates it is. Video is worse than web-dl, fyi. Audio - nZk. AAC LC Subs - Davinci, best subs. retimed to fit the TV broadcast.

@DeathStroke true, i always feel empty after rewatching saiki k, knowing more isn't coming. only thing that comes close for me is kaguya-sama
You sure this is TV? I only know nZk as doing web releases.
@booman only the tv version was aired as one large episode, and the video shows characteristics of coming from a tv source. tv is my best guess
