It's the Double Features PAL edition.
Manga Entertainment licensed the Madman discs so they're the same thing ultimately. Manga's release had something cool going for it, six Blu-ray (inc. DVD) volumes with their slipcovers.
Anyway, FUNimation is taking their sweet time licensing the superior remasters of DB/Z movies by TOEI.
