I keep forgetting to mention it, but it seems the Sign/Songs sub track is apparently forced, even though the JP audio is default.

This is how it's suppose to be though. Forced flag literally only tells players it's intended to be played with matching audio... Meaning an English forced sub track plays with English audio.
All sign tracks regardless of language should have the forced flag.
