The fourth and final BD volume ends at episode 11. It's probably a error which will eventually be fixed.
This episode with all the scenes where the camera is placed far from the characters for lesser detail and there's a lot of sound effects but no matching movement feels unfinished, which explains why it was delayed from last season: Production issues
