I'm encoding with av1an, right now it's the best option, since it "solves" the possible multithreading issues that each encoder has which increases encoding speed substantially.
Also Handbrake has started supporting AV1 as of today, though I haven't tested it. You can find some info here https://www.reddit.com/r/AV1/comments/v2cpii/svtav1_encoder_is_added_to_handbrake/?ref=share&ref_source=link
Also I'm seeding it but I only seed for 12 hour periods, I usually stop seeding at around 22:00 UTC-4 and seed back again at 10:00
are you encoding using StaxRip? it's better option than Handbrake?
