This release takes the subtitles and chapters from Commie. The encode is my own. The source is fairly starved, but I'm satisfied with this in most places.
Filterchain: denoise, magic chroma fixing, scenefiltered AA, debands of varying strengths, graining.

@Sraka-tan seems like this is a complete season, tvdb and by extension sonarr uses the western episode numbering instead of the japanese one used by this torrent. the japanese release is 24 episodes long + 2 specials the western release is 26 episodes long and inserts those 2 specials as episode 6 and episode 23
