EP 9 don't have dialogue subs.
it does on my PC and I just redownloaded with the torrent again to check as well.
I also do not see full subs for episode 9, only signs & songs
Mabby is correct that episode 2 has the Japanese audio tagged incorrectly as English (easy to fix).

subs for ep9 have "Track Enabled" flag set to 'No' which is what's causing issues for others
