This 30 min animated movie was released in theatres as part of the Ultraman Wonderful World (1996) triple feature, alongside Ultraman Zearth and Revive! Ultraman. As far as I can tell, no one has uploaded raws for this online, and it never seems to have gotten re-released in any capacity either.
