Subtitle enhancements automatically applied in this release:
- Main dialogue restyled to Gandhi-Sans styling
- Timing post processor applied to patch up Hidive‘s terrible timing, snap to keyframe, etc.
- Readable subtitles - Overlapping lines no longer shift positions when you're trying to read them
- Signs have their proper fonts ripped (via Erai-raws)
- Hidive's small font style for alternative speakers moved to top of screen
- Basic song-styling if Hidive has songs translated (styling is same for all shows)
- Overlapping main dialogue given blue outline to differentiate speakers
- Fixed signs displaying on top of dialogue
- Faux em-dashes converted to real ones
- Proper stutter (W-what?! → Wh-What?!, S-s-s-subsplus → S-S-S-Subsplus)
- Changed !? → ?! when applicable
Release Notes:
Guess who's back. I had some trouble with the account being banned on nyaa. Releases continued to go up on anidex/animetosho while I was gone. All future releases will also be cross-posted so check there if something happens.
Will there be batches for last season? I'd like to wait for Erai's batch with updated Hidive subtiles but they can take a while. Maybe v1 batches if I have time.

Back to doing v2s with better video. Love you VARYG but you didn't attach the dialogue font and mess up syncing sometimes. Still thanks a ton for the uploads though!
Maybe v3 next week with Disney+ and U-next audio if someone uploads them. Set your downloader to select the video source in the title if you want to avoid many upgrades.

:) I'm planning to run the Dangers in My Heart batch soon after I fix a couple of issues, so maybe later this week. For DanMachi, I haven't checked the quality but Ryuu seems to have put effort into their release so wait for that batch instead.

By issues I just mean stuff like timing, mkv audio delay relative to video, how em dashes are handled, etc. by the way. It‘s still all automation on Hidive subtitles.
Thanks a ton for these releases. They make Hidive 10x more tolerable. Ooc, now that Erai-Raws batches are out for stuff like The Dangers in My Heart, do you plan to return to them soon? I'd be especially interested in DanMachi S4 Part 2. I might even edit off of your sub improvements as a stand-in for the MIA Z4ST1N.
