[Pizza] Do It Yourself!! [BD 1080p HEVC Opus]

These encodes have been lying around since March, so I decided to push these out while I was in my hopefully not shortlived undeading phase. The encodes are bigger and better than before because the sources aren't as starved and every part of the filtering was improved over the Web release.

Major thanks to everyone involved. Also, Falloree plans to make a more fleshed-out release of this at some point. My goal was just to make a version of acceptable modern fansub quality which I think was met, so I'm leaving this as it is.
