This is the latest build ID 8615408 (26 May 2022) grabbed from a torrent shared in CS. To change languages and other settings, open launcher.exe I don't know what the Chinese exe file is. You can ignore it.

Since I still don't know what I'm doing, I just created a new torrent file to include the nyaa tracker since it won't accept the original torrent file I used to get this. Slow seeding at first.
