Managed to get this work! Just need to mount the ISO and Install it to a specific folder that you want.
I use WindowsCD Emu and it works PERFECTLY!

This is the Physical Version of the game. It has a "System" folder once you installed it correctly.
So use the Physical version for the English patches. There's multiple patches in the discord group link (Need to join to download the patches).
If you have a ".xp3" file in the folder. That's the digital version.
Summary - Inside game location
"System" Folder = Physical Version .xp3 File = Digital Version
Unfortunately, since this is an old game. There's no various screen options. Just Full Screen and Windowed. So it the full screen is just an overblown stretch version of Windowed mode.
May have to play it on Windowed mode only to have a better screen unfortunately.
Other than that, everything is working (Voiced/Subbed etc). It's still in work in progress as of 12-23-2024, but they only need to clean up some TL stuff.

Downloading the game and will install the latest English Patch (12-23-2024).
