Maybe it's nitpicking, I believe the upcoming episode's title is stella finale, final star.
I wouldn't consider it a nitpick, thank you for the comment. Our conclusion after discussing it pretty extensively and after seeing the new episode is that we think it's a bit safer to assume the intent is English rather than Italian, so we'll keep Stellar Finale unless something comes out that dispels that notion, like if in some interview they say the title meant "the final star".
