Mux of the Yousei-raws encode with WhyNot and PGS subtitles and dub.
I've restyled the WhyNot subs to match season 1, and fixed a bunch of missing glyphs.
Both audio tracks on the JPN BD had absolutely destroyed the opening song (and to a lesser extent credits). I've used the Japanese 5.1 track from the USA BD, and for the 2.0 track I've spliced in the opening and credits songs, downmixed from the 5.1 USA BD track leaving the rest untouched.
