ITBD encode with modified Coalgirls subtitles. USBD English dub spliced together to match ITBD video. General cleanup of the dialogue (line breaks/splits/joins/timing).

Undimmed or replaced various dimmed scenes. Replaced trimmed video at the top of the frame of the ITBD using USBD for the eps that have this issue. Fixed a few broken scenes in a few eps of the ITBD. Episode 74 of the ITBD was completely messed up, so used the USBD, JPBD, and ITBD to fix up.

NCs are encoded using the USBD, matrix corrected, and the JPBD as the ITBD did not contain them. Note the previous batch's NCOP 03 and NCOP 04 were mistakenly included. The NCOP 04 replacement is included in this batch, while NCOP 03 will be fixed when the show is done.
