Late response, but for anyone else who stumbles on this torrent:
Episode 13 was not an anime episode, but rather an advertisement for the "The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC Evolution" video game. It featured two of the characters talking about gameplay footage that was being shown on screen.

(I know this is a older torrent and it is unlikely to get an answer, but I try anyway.) First, many thanks for this! But, is there a reason this torrent has only 12 episodes? According to the Japanese Wikipedia, there should be 13 episodes for each season.
