Well... That's what i usualy said, but i must said that i've been surprised by the quality of the video, and the very low level of noise on something "so old", so, not so much sand finaly. But, for now you don't "have already sevaral releases" as far as i know, so, if you want an untouched video, you may have to wait a little while, but i'm sure there will be others releases very soon.
All process were done directly from the japanese Blu-Ray.
